Formed in 2002, we at Thomas Consultancy have helped a large number of companies improve their business performance. We understand the needs of businesses and always ensure that firms are best positioned to achieve their specific objectives.
In particular, we work with SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), although we have also worked with international firms such as Brussels Airlines, Amec, Kier and Barclaycard. Property and construction have been particular areas of expertise for us since our inception.
As coaches, we work with organisations of all sizes to help them develop the necessary skills and understanding to deliver success.
As consultants, we help with marketing strategies and plans as well as providing expertise in such specialist areas as market segmentation, key account management and due diligence. Ensuring that business development is always targeted at the right firms is a major area of support.
We LOVE challenges and this particularly includes working overseas. Assignments have included due diligence on target acquisitions in Poland, India and Nigeria while we have undertaken field-based feasibility studies in Qatar, Dubai and India. We have also provided regular European support to one of our main clients to find suitable partners.
